Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and business plan in alignment with market trends and consumer needs. Set clear goals and KPIs to measure performance.
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the business, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of production, distribution, and sales. Implement best practices to optimize supply chain management and enhance product quality.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the budgeting process and ensure financial targets are met. Analyze financial performance, make data-driven decisions, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
- Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and product quality.
- Product Development: Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to drive product innovation and launch new products that meet market demands.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role within the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of successful P&L management and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in market research and product development is preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
