We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Government Program Analyst to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating government healthcare programs to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze government healthcare programs to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
- Evaluate program performance and outcomes to determine areas for improvement
- Develop strategies and recommendations to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency
- Collaborate with government agencies, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to implement program improvements
- Monitor program implementation and outcomes to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay current on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in healthcare program analysis or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools
