Key Responsibilities:
- Program Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of government IT programs and initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and recommending effective solutions.
- Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making processes related to IT programs, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various government departments, IT teams, and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and facilitate communication regarding program developments.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to government IT programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Project Management: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of government IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations highlighting program status, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement to government officials and stakeholders.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to government personnel on new IT systems and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in program analysis, project management, or a related role, preferably within the government sector.
- Strong understanding of government operations, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in statistical analysis and reporting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of IT systems and software development processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
