Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Government Program Analyst to join our team in Sharjah. The Government Program Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating government programs, policies, and regulations that impact the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of government processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on government programs, policies, and regulations related to the manufacturing sector.
- Monitor changes in government regulations and policies that may impact the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on the impact of government programs on the manufacturing sector.
- Provide recommendations to management on ways to optimize government programs and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in government relations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in government relations, policy analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing sector and government processes in the UAE.
