We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for HR and employee relations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees
- Handle employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
