We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and a background in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks such as managing employee records, updating HR databases, and organizing employee files
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation sessions
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees, including tracking attendance and feedback
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees
- Support employee relations efforts by addressing employee inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
