Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the transportation and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with hearing impairments and possess a strong understanding of hearing aid technology, fitting processes, and patient care. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Consultation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' hearing needs, including thorough evaluations of hearing loss and personal preferences regarding hearing aid technology.

- Hearing Aid Fitting: Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aids based on individual assessments. This includes selecting the right type of hearing aid, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper fit for maximum comfort and effectiveness.

- Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support for hearing aids, including troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, and conducting routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

- Education & Training: Educate patients and their families on the use and care of hearing aids, including proper insertion and removal, maintenance, and the importance of regular check-ups.

- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, fittings, and follow-up visits. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards for documentation.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including audiologists and medical staff, to provide comprehensive care to patients. Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and accessibility of hearing aid products.

- Sales & Customer Service: Promote hearing aid products and services, providing exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty. Address any inquiries or concerns regarding hearing aids and related products.

- Market Research: Stay informed about the latest advancements in hearing aid technology and industry trends. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Audiology, Hearing Aid Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hearing aid fitting and patient care.
- Strong understanding of hearing aid technology and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in using hearing aid fitting software and related technology.
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics processes is a plus.
