Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team in Dubai, where we focus on providing innovative hearing solutions tailored for individuals working in the agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of hearing health and the impact of noise exposure in agricultural environments. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for improving clients' quality of life through effective hearing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments for clients, focusing on those in the agriculture industry who may be exposed to high noise levels.
- Recommend, fit, and dispense hearing aids tailored to individual needs, ensuring optimal performance and comfort.
- Educate clients about hearing health, the importance of regular check-ups, and the proper use and maintenance of hearing aids.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up services to ensure client satisfaction, including adjustments to hearing aids as necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in hearing aid technology and best practices in audiology.
- Collaborate with agricultural organizations and health professionals to promote awareness of hearing protection measures within the industry.
- Maintain accurate records of client assessments, fittings, and follow-up appointments in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in outreach programs and workshops aimed at educating agricultural workers about hearing conservation and the use of hearing aids.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Audiology, Hearing Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hearing Aid Specialist, preferably with exposure to agricultural environments.
- Knowledge of various types of hearing aids and assistive listening devices, along with fitting procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in using audiology equipment and software for assessments and fittings.
- Certification or licensing in accordance with UAE regulations is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities (Arabic and English) are a plus.
