We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospital Social Worker to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hospital setting and a passion for providing support and assistance to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and their families during their hospital stay
- Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate with medical staff, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care
- Assist patients in accessing community resources and support services
- Advocate for patients' rights and help them navigate the healthcare system
- Provide crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing emotional distress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address the social and emotional aspects of patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work
- Licensed Social Worker in Dubai

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local community resources and support services
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
