We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospital Social Worker to join our team in Dubai. The Hospital Social Worker will be responsible for providing support and assistance to patients and their families during their stay in the hospital. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments of patients and their families to identify their needs and develop care plans
- Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and families facing medical crises or difficult decisions
- Coordinate with medical staff, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients
- Advocate for patients' rights and assist them in navigating the healthcare system
- Collaborate with community resources and social service agencies to provide additional support to patients upon discharge
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
- Licensed Social Worker in the UAE

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of local resources and services available to patients in Dubai
