We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospital Social Worker to join our team in Dubai. As a Hospital Social Worker in the Transportation and Logistics department, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to patients and their families during their hospital stay. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the necessary social and emotional support to help them cope with their illness and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments of patients and their families to identify their needs and concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to address the social and emotional needs of patients.
- Provide counseling and support to patients and families dealing with medical crises and end-of-life issues.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and services for patients.
- Advocate for patients and their families to ensure they receive the necessary support and resources.
- Provide information and referrals to community resources and support services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions and progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Social Worker in Dubai.

- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
