We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Event Manager Assistant in the pharmaceutical industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience working in event planning and management, preferably in a hotel setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Hotel Event Manager in planning and executing various events, conferences, and meetings for pharmaceutical clients
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all event logistics are in place
- Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure events are within budget
- Assist in creating event proposals and presentations for clients
- Handle attendee registrations and inquiries, and provide on-site support during events
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze feedback to improve future events
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
