We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests staying at our hotel, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Check guests in and out of their rooms
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are clean and in good condition
- Assist with booking reservations and managing room availability
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Receptionist or similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with hotel reservation software is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Knowledge of Ras Al Khaimah real estate market and attractions
