We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Security Manager Assistant to join our construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with the IT Security Manager to ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT security policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze security incidents and threats
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
- Assist in the design and implementation of security measures to protect company assets
- Provide support and guidance to staff on security best practices
- Stay up to date on the latest security threats and trends
- Assist in incident response and investigation
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in IT security or related field
- Strong knowledge of security principles and best practices
- Experience with security tools and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus
