Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Security Manager Assistant to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security management, with a focus on protecting sensitive data and information within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the IT Security Manager in developing and implementing IT security policies and procedures to protect the organization's data and information assets.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents and events, and respond promptly to security breaches or threats.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate security measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to IT security.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on IT security best practices and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Stay current on emerging threats and trends in IT security, and make recommendations for improvements to the organization's security posture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in IT security management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT security technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desired.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
