We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Innovation Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving innovation and implementing new ideas within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage innovation programs and initiatives within the organization
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas for innovation and develop strategies to drive change
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Evaluate and prioritize innovation projects based on strategic goals and business impact
- Develop business cases and proposals for new innovation projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful implementation
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of innovation programs
- Communicate progress and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Foster a culture of innovation within the organization and encourage creativity and collaboration among team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field

- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing innovation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
