Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Innovation Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the healthcare sector. This role is pivotal in driving the organization’s innovation initiatives, developing strategies to enhance patient care, and improving operational efficiencies through cutting-edge technologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Innovation Strategy Development:
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative healthcare programs and initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key areas for innovation and improvement within existing services and processes.

2. Project Management:
- Oversee the lifecycle of innovation projects from conception through to execution and evaluation.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to foster a culture of innovation.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and solutions.

4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in healthcare innovation.
- Analyze competitive landscape and assess the feasibility of new initiatives.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, technology vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Present innovation proposals and progress reports to senior management and other stakeholders.

6. Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of innovation initiatives on patient outcomes and organizational performance.
- Adjust strategies and projects based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.

7. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure that all innovation initiatives comply with healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Identify potential risks associated with new projects and develop mitigation strategies.

8. Training and Development:
- Develop training programs for staff to enhance their skills in innovation and change management.
- Mentor and guide team members in best practices for driving innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or innovation management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing innovation projects from ideation to execution.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, technologies, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a passion for improving healthcare outcomes.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
