We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Innovation Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Innovation Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing innovation programs within our pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovation strategies to drive company growth and competitiveness in the pharmaceutical industry
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute innovation projects from concept to commercialization
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, trends, and market opportunities to drive innovation within the company
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for innovation and develop solutions to address business challenges
- Manage the innovation pipeline and prioritize projects based on strategic objectives and business impact
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to innovation programs
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including research institutions, startups, and industry collaborators
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in innovation management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Proven track record of leading successful innovation projects from concept to commercialization
