We are seeking an experienced Innovation Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving innovation within the energy sector and will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of innovation programs within the energy sector
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for innovation
- Manage and track progress of innovation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and technologies in the energy industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry experts
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of innovation programs
- Drive a culture of innovation within the organization, inspiring and motivating team members to think creatively and take risks
- Measure the impact of innovation programs and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- [X] years of experience in a similar role within the energy sector
- Proven track record of successfully managing innovation programs from concept to implementation
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- A creative thinker with a passion for driving change and innovation within the energy industry
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the energy sector
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
