We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Innovation Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Innovation Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving innovation and continuous improvement within our construction projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation, develop and implement new processes, and drive the adoption of new technologies to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of innovation programs and initiatives within the construction projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Research and assess new technologies, tools, and methodologies that can be implemented to improve project outcomes.
- Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics for innovation initiatives.
- Lead and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and brainstorming sessions to foster a culture of innovation within the organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to stay current on latest trends and technologies.
- Communicate and report on progress, successes, and challenges of innovation programs to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing innovation programs or initiatives.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
