We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, with a focus on the aerospace and defense industry. The Inside Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue
- Manage and train the inside sales team to ensure they are meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers

Requirements:
