Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic real estate team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales operations, specifically within the real estate sector, and will be responsible for driving sales performance and operational efficiency. This role is critical in supporting our sales team and ensuring that our sales processes are optimized for success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with senior management to define and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

2. Sales Operations Management:
- Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the sales process.
- Develop and implement sales processes, tools, and methodologies to support the sales team.

3. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and train the inside sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

4. Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies to enhance sales productivity.

5. CRM Management:
- Maintain and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Ensure the team is effectively utilizing the CRM for pipeline management and reporting.

6. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales initiatives and strategies.
- Facilitate communication between the sales team and other stakeholders to streamline operations.

7. Client Relationship Management:
- Support the sales team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales operations management, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
