Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our inside sales processes, driving sales performance, and enhancing customer engagement within the transportation and logistics sector. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives in the transportation and logistics market.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the inside sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity and morale.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve sales processes, workflows, and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance sales strategies and decision-making.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on sales initiatives and customer requirements.
- Sales Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to equip the sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and stay updated on industry trends.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities, threats, and competitive positioning within the transportation and logistics sector.
- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the sales operations budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies are in place to maximize return on investment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, preferably within the transportation and logistics industry.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and driving sales performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
