We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all leasing activities within the financial services sector. This individual will be tasked with developing and implementing leasing strategies to attract and retain clients, negotiating lease agreements, and managing relationships with tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with leasing policies and procedures
- Manage relationships with tenants and address any leasing-related issues or concerns
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify leasing opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless leasing processes and operations
- Prepare leasing reports and presentations for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- [X] years of experience in leasing within the financial services sector
- Proven track record of successfully leasing commercial properties
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of local leasing laws and regulations in Dubai
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
