Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to join our dynamic team in the energy sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in leasing, sales, and customer relationship management, with a focus on maximizing occupancy and revenue in the energy industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lease Management: Oversee the leasing process from start to finish, including property listings, tenant screening, lease negotiations, and renewals, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning. Utilize data to develop effective leasing strategies that optimize occupancy rates and revenue.

- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners within the energy sector. Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding leasing options and market conditions.

- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement innovative leasing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract prospective tenants.

- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant correspondence, and financial transactions. Prepare regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and market trends for senior management.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of leasing agents and coordinators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.

- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve tenant concerns and disputes in a timely and effective manner, ensuring tenant satisfaction and retention.

- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all leasing practices comply with local laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing or property management, with a focus on the energy sector preferred.
- Strong understanding of leasing agreements, market trends, and property management principles.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
