We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our legal team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing administrative support to legal professionals, preferably within the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Maintain and organize legal files and documents
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for attorneys
- Prepare correspondence and communicate with clients, vendors, and other parties
- Assist in preparing for court cases and hearings
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members on various legal projects
- Stay up-to-date on laws and regulations affecting the retail industry in Ras Al Khaimah

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
