Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Legal Manager will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters related to our manufacturing operations in the region. This role will require strong legal acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on all aspects of manufacturing operations in Dubai, including contract negotiations, compliance issues, and dispute resolution
- Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
- Manage and oversee all legal disputes and litigation matters, working closely with external legal counsel when necessary
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations affecting the manufacturing industry in Dubai
- Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide legal support and guidance on business initiatives and projects
- Conduct legal research and analysis as needed to support decision-making processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; Master's degree or other advanced certification is a plus
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, particularly those related to manufacturing operations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of managing legal matters effectively and efficiently
