We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal matters within the consumer goods industry and be able to provide expert legal advice and support to the company.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of legal issues, including contract negotiations, compliance, and regulatory matters
- Review and draft various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
- Manage and oversee legal disputes and litigations, working closely with external counsel when necessary
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations affecting the consumer goods industry in Dubai and ensure compliance
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal risks are identified and managed effectively
- Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company's interests and minimize legal exposure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree is a plus
- Member of the Dubai Legal Association or equivalent professional body
- [X] years of experience in a similar legal role within the consumer goods industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, particularly those related to consumer goods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
