We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with experience in the agriculture industry preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of agricultural products.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize production and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing the transportation of agricultural products.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and prepare reports as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the agriculture industry.
- Strong understanding of transportation and warehousing processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of local and international regulations governing the transportation of agricultural products.
