We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Foreman to join our team in Sharjah within the Financial Services sector. The Maintenance Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all facilities, equipment, and machinery to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff to ensure all work is carried out efficiently and in accordance with safety standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure the upkeep of all facilities and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and machinery to identify any issues and address them promptly.
- Manage maintenance budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance work.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports for reference.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Foreman or similar role.
- Solid understanding of maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Relevant certifications or training in maintenance management.
