We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Foreman to oversee and manage all maintenance operations in our agricultural facility in Sharjah. The Maintenance Foreman will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in good working condition to support efficient agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule routine maintenance tasks for all agricultural equipment, machinery, and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize downtime.
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies needed for maintenance work.
- Monitor and track maintenance expenses and report on budget variances.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair services.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with environmental regulations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Foreman or similar role in an agricultural setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of agricultural equipment and machinery.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in agriculture.

Required Experience: 5-8 years of experience in maintenance management in agriculture.
