We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications within the aerospace and defense industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing communication plans to promote the company's products and services within the aerospace and defense industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content
- Manage external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and events
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of marketing communication programs
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing communications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
