We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Communications Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications within the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to promote our real estate projects in Dubai
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, print, and events
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure all activities are within budget
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create marketing materials such as brochures, videos, and advertisements
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for marketing initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
