We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Communications Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in the agriculture industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing communications, with a focus on promoting agricultural products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing communications strategies to promote agricultural products and services in the UAE and international markets
- Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including advertising, public relations, social media, and events
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling marketing materials and content
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry influencers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
- Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
