We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Materials Planner to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The Materials Planner will be responsible for coordinating and planning the procurement and transportation of materials to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement material planning strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize lead times
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and excess inventory
- Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize materials and ensure production schedules are met
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, order status, and supplier information
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements related to materials planning

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in materials planning, procurement, or logistics
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics processes, including customs regulations and international shipping
- Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
