We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Materials Scientist to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. As a Materials Scientist, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and testing materials to be used in various real estate projects to ensure durability, sustainability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify new materials and technologies that can be used in construction and renovation projects
- Develop and test materials to assess their properties, performance, and suitability for specific applications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate new materials into project designs
- Monitor material performance in real-world applications and make recommendations for improvements or changes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in materials science to ensure our projects are using the most innovative and effective materials available

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
