We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Coder to join our pharmaceutical company in Dubai. The Medical Coder will be responsible for reviewing and accurately assigning appropriate medical codes to diagnoses, procedures, and services for billing and reimbursement purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze patient medical records to accurately assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes
- Ensure coding compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and ensure accurate coding
- Assist with coding audits and compliance reviews
- Stay current with industry updates and changes in coding guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification preferred
- [Random number] years of experience in medical coding in a pharmaceutical setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Proficiency in using coding software and electronic health records
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
