We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Medical Office Receptionist to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical office setting and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients upon their arrival at the office
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance information and collect payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations in the office

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a medical office setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
