We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mental Health Counselor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, focusing on providing support to individuals in the agriculture industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health counseling and a strong understanding of the unique challenges and stressors faced by individuals working in agriculture.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with clients in the agriculture industry
- Assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health issues
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients
- Educate clients on coping mechanisms and self-care strategies to manage stress and improve mental well-being
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulations

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Abu Dhabi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health counseling
- Strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals in the agriculture industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
