We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Counselor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Mental Health Counselor in a retail setting, you will be responsible for providing support and counseling services to employees and customers who may be experiencing mental health challenges.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting individual counseling sessions with employees and customers
- Assessing mental health needs and developing treatment plans
- Providing crisis intervention and support to individuals in distress
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Educating employees and customers on mental health issues and resources available
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records
- Participating in staff training and development programs
- Conducting outreach and awareness campaigns on mental health topics

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling or related field
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Abu Dhabi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mental health counseling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of local mental health resources and services
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
