We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Museum Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Museum Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the museum, with a focus on transportation and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the smooth running of the museum, with a specific focus on transportation and logistics.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to coordinate transportation and logistics services for museum exhibits and artifacts.
- Manage the museum's inventory of artifacts and exhibits, ensuring proper storage, handling, and transport.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of museum facilities, including storage areas and exhibition spaces.
- Develop and implement health and safety protocols for the transportation and handling of museum artifacts.
- Collaborate with other museum staff to plan and execute special events, exhibitions, and programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of transportation and logistics vendors, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Develop and manage the museum's budget for transportation and logistics operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics, museum studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in museum operations, with a focus on transportation and logistics.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to the transportation of museum artifacts.
