Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Museum Operations Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Aerospace and Defense museum in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aviation and military history, as well as a strong background in museum management and operations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans and programs to enhance the visitor experience and promote the museum's mission
- Manage all aspects of museum operations, including budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and facility maintenance
- Oversee the planning and execution of special events, exhibits, and educational programs
- Collaborate with curators, educators, and other staff members to ensure the museum's collections are properly cared for and displayed
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and other key stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze visitor feedback and attendance data to make informed decisions about future programming and exhibits
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and museum best practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Museum Studies, History, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in museum operations, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of aerospace and defense history preferred
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
