We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Museum Operations Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a healthcare museum in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and history, as well as experience managing museum programs and exhibitions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for museum operations, including exhibitions, events, and educational programs
- Manage the museum's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and adherence to financial guidelines
- Oversee the planning and execution of exhibitions, working closely with curators, designers, and external partners
- Coordinate educational programs and events, including workshops, lectures, and tours
- Manage the museum's collections, ensuring proper care, storage, and documentation
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote museum programs and events
- Supervise museum staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and community partners
- Ensure compliance with museum standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Museum Studies, History, Art History, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in museum operations, including program management and exhibition planning
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
- Knowledge of healthcare history and current trends in healthcare
- Experience working in a museum or cultural institution in the Middle East is a plus
