We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Music Librarian to join our team in Dubai. The Music Librarian will be responsible for managing and organizing our extensive music collection, ensuring that all materials are easily accessible and properly cataloged. This role is crucial in supporting our manufacturing operations by providing quick and efficient access to music for various production needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a comprehensive catalog of all music materials, including recordings, sheet music, and other resources
- Organize music materials in a logical and efficient manner, making it easy for staff to locate and access them
- Assist in the acquisition of new music materials, including coordinating purchases and donations
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their music needs and provide appropriate resources
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the use and organization of the music collection
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in music library management
- Provide support and assistance to staff members in locating and utilizing music materials
- Assist in the digitization and preservation of music materials as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Music, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience working in a library or music-related role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with music cataloging systems and library software
- Knowledge of copyright laws and licensing agreements related to music materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for music and a commitment to preserving and promoting musical culture
