Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Nail Technician Assistant to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. This unique position combines the art of nail care with the professionalism required in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will support our skilled Nail Technicians in delivering exceptional nail care services while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Nail Technicians in the preparation and execution of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment, including sanitizing tools and equipment according to health and safety regulations.
- Greet clients warmly and provide them with information about services, products, and pricing.
- Manage appointment bookings and ensure efficient scheduling to optimize service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels of nail care products and supplies, assisting in restocking as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Stay updated on the latest nail care trends, techniques, and products to enhance service offerings.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in cosmetology or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician Assistant or in a similar role preferred but not mandatory (0-7 years of experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of nail care products and techniques is advantageous.
- Proficient in using salon software for appointment bookings and inventory management.
