Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Nail Technician Assistant to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, particularly in nail care and aesthetics, and will support our team of Nail Technicians in providing exceptional services to our clients. This position is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality nail care in a clean and welcoming environment, contributing to the overall success of our beauty services within the transportation and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Nail Technicians in preparing tools, equipment, and workstations for nail services, ensuring all materials are sanitized and organized.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and assisting them with the selection of nail services and products.
- Assist in performing basic nail services, including filing, buffing, and polishing nails under the supervision of a licensed Nail Technician.
- Maintain cleanliness of the salon area, including regular cleaning and sanitization of workstations, tools, and equipment, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support the Nail Technician in applying nail enhancements, such as acrylics, gels, and nail art, ensuring a high standard of quality and professionalism.
- Manage inventory by monitoring supplies and assisting in the ordering of products and materials as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in nail care and aesthetics to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Assist in the scheduling of appointments and managing client records to maintain an organized workflow.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in cosmetology or nail technology is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a nail salon or beauty-related environment.
- Knowledge of nail care products, techniques, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
