Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nail Technician Assistant to join our healthcare team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our nail technicians and providing exceptional service to our clients in a professional and hygienic environment. As a Nail Technician Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall client experience and the success of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist licensed Nail Technicians in providing nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Prepare and maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly sterilized according to health and safety standards.
- Greet clients warmly, provide assistance throughout their visit, and ensure a positive and comfortable experience.
- Maintain inventory of nail care products and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure all services can be performed without interruption.
- Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance, providing advice on products and services that may benefit them.
- Schedule appointments for clients and manage the appointment calendar, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, escalating issues to senior staff as needed.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including maintaining client records and processing payments.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in nail care.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in beauty or nail technology is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a nail salon or a related environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of nail care techniques and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to nail care and hygiene practices.
- Proficient in basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.
- Must have good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
