#### Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our health services team in the construction sector based in Al Ain. The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of our construction workforce by providing high-quality medical care, conducting health assessments, and implementing health and safety measures on-site. This position demands a proactive approach to occupational health, injury prevention, and health promotion in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

#### Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including physical examinations, health history reviews, and diagnostic tests for construction workers.
- Provide primary and urgent care, including treatment of minor injuries, illnesses, and occupational health concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on the assessment of workers’ health needs and occupational risks.
- Collaborate with site managers, safety officers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Educate workers on health promotion, disease prevention, and safe working practices relevant to construction activities.
- Monitor and evaluate workers’ health and safety conditions, providing recommendations for improvement as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in the design and implementation of workplace health initiatives and wellness programs aimed at improving overall worker health.
- Respond to medical emergencies on-site, providing immediate care and coordinating further medical assistance as required.
- Stay current with best practices, advancements in occupational health, and relevant regulations pertaining to the construction industry.

#### Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Nurse Practitioner or equivalent.
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license and registration in the UAE.
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in occupational health, emergency care, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction-related health risks and safety regulations.
- Excellent clinical assessment, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively educate and engage workers.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare technology.

#### Additional Requirements:
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety standards and regulations in the construction industry.
- Willingness to work on-site at various construction locations and adapt to a flexible schedule as needed.
