We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager Assistant in the field of education. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting the smooth operation of an educational office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Office Manager in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings for office staff
- Maintain filing systems and databases
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide support to staff, students, and parents as needed
- Help to create and distribute office communications
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
