We are seeking a talented and experienced Operations Research Manager to join our healthcare organization in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations research, data analysis, and project management within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of operations research analysts to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the healthcare organization.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, administrators, and IT professionals, to implement solutions that improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models to support decision-making related to resource allocation, capacity planning, and patient scheduling.
- Monitor key performance indicators and track progress towards operational goals, providing regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- [X] years of experience in operations research, data analysis, or project management in the healthcare industry.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing projects to improve operational performance in a healthcare setting.
